Saturday 7:00am-3:30pm, Tuesday 4:00pm-8:00pm, Every other Sunday 7:00am-3:30pm Holiday Requirement: Rotating holidays beginning in 2027 Hourly Rate: $16.05-$18.43 *Compensation dependent on experience # of Openings: 1 Kirby Medical Center is looking for an outgoing and driven individual to join our registration team. This high customer-focused position will work directly with patients to register for care in our beautiful facility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer calls professionally and direct them to the proper department.
• Treat patients and their families with respect and dignity; ensure confidentiality of patients’ records.
• Register patients for scheduled admissions and outpatient procedures.
• Collect and document insurance information correctly.
• Collect co-pays when appropriate.
• Demonstrate the ability to be flexible, organized, and function well in stressful situations.
