Compensation Range: Gross annual salary between €26,000 and €35,000

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a professional to join our Hyperscalers Infrastructure team.

You will be part of an international environment operating within the Infrastructure, Storage & Backup domain, working closely with specialized technical teams and supporting operational monitoring, coordination, reporting, and service governance activities.

This role is particularly suitable for professionals with a technical IT background who are interested in gradually expanding their organizational and coordination skills while maintaining a strong connection with the world of technology infrastructures.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring the progress of operational and project-related activities
• Supporting the management of requests and operational processes
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, dashboards, and documentation
• Interacting with national and international technical teams
• Supporting the monitoring of KPIs, SLAs, and service performance indicators
• Contributing to governance and process control activities
• Supporting the management of infrastructure-related information and technical documentation
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of operational activities

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the coordination of activities within the Infrastructure, Storage & Backup area
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to monitor ongoing activities
• Ensure the proper progress and follow-up of operational requests
• Prepare reports and documentation to support technical teams
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and key service performance metrics
• Support process analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of managed information
• Collaborate with different business functions within structured and international environments

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, Service Management, or similar roles
• General knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments
• Familiarity with IT infrastructures, Enterprise services, or complex technology environments
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, monitoring, and activity management skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Interest in IT infrastructure and technology services
• Good command of the English language

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or Enterprise environments
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms
• Knowledge of ITIL processes or Service Management frameworks
• Experience with reporting activities and KPI monitoring
• Familiarity with Storage, Backup, and Data Protection concepts
• ITIL certifications or Service Management training
• Experience in operational coordination or service governance activities
