Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to complete assigned work orders in a professional and timely manner. Tasks may include painting, drywall and plaster repair, grounds maintenance, and light carpentry such as minor floor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs

• Identify and report the need for major repairs

• Clean, maintain, organize, and properly store tools and equipment

• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and personal protective equipment

• Complete exterior and interior painting, caulking, and light drywall repair

• Support other maintenance tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in maintenance or related field

• Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem solving

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors

• Ability to stand and move throughout the workday

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; able to safely work from a 6-foot ladder
