Plumber

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and components. The Plumber will complete assigned work orders in a professional and timely manner while ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and preventive maintenance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and components

• Review building plans and specifications to determine plumbing layouts

• Identify required tools, equipment, and materials for each project

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install pipes, fittings, and valves

• Install supports, hangers, sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, and appliances

• Inspect and test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks and functionality

• Perform scheduled maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment

• Ensure compliance with building codes, manufacturer requirements, and environmental standards

• Maintain accurate records, including work orders, supply requests, and daily reports

• Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment appropriately

• Assist with other maintenance or engineering tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a plumber or plumber’s assistant

• Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and safety practices

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to stand, crouch, kneel, and move throughout the workday

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; able to safely work from ladders and confined spaces

• Flexibility to work indoors and outdoors as needed

• Positive, professional attitude
