Job Description

- The candidate should be well-versed with Sec 138 N.I Act, Sec 25 PASA, Arbitration, Civil, and Criminal Laws.

- Additionally, the candidate should have good communication skills (verbal and written).

- The role requires attending cases filed against the company, consistent coordination with lawyers and law firms, police liaisoning, ensuring service of summons, warrants, visits, and meetings with customers on a regular basis.
