Job Summary**
Responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships in the Ananthapur region, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to achieve business growth and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
* Understand client financial objectives and provide comprehensive advice on relevant products and services (e.g., loans, investments, insurance).
* Conduct regular client meetings to review financial performance, identify new opportunities, and address any concerns.
* Prepare and present financial proposals to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product specialists, credit) to deliver integrated solutions.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity reports.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience (2+ years) in a client-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of financial products and services.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
* Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is essential.
* Residing in or willing to relocate to Ananthapur.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
