* Proactively engage with existing and potential clients to identify their financial requirements and offer appropriate products and services.
* Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
* Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio and financial services to effectively advise clients.
* Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction, identify evolving needs, and recommend suitable adjustments to their financial plans.
* Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
* Prepare and present reports on client activity, sales performance, and market insights.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience (2+ years) in a client-facing role, preferably in financial services or sales.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong understanding of financial products and services.
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of the local market and customer base in LB Nagar is a plus.
* Fluency in English and Telugu (or other relevant local languages) is preferred.
