Relationship Manager - Rajahmundry

Job Summary
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships within the Rajahmundry region, identifying customer needs, and providing suitable financial solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individual and corporate clients in Rajahmundry.
* Identify and cultivate new client relationships through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
* Understand client financial goals and objectives to recommend appropriate banking products and services, including loans, investments, and insurance.
* Conduct regular client meetings to review financial performance, address concerns, and explore new opportunities.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and prompt resolution of inquiries.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations, product development) to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats.
* Prepare and present financial reports and proposals to clients.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Rajahmundry branch.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client servicing within the banking or financial services industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Strong understanding of financial products and services, including retail banking, wealth management, and lending.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of the Rajahmundry market and customer base is a significant advantage.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
