Sales Manager - BL

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager - BL to lead and develop our sales team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned business line.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives for the business line.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and performance feedback.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key accounts and market segments.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and new strategies.
* Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
* Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales management.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills.

* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
