Sales Manager - Kurnool

Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Kurnool region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and managing a high-performing sales team.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base in Kurnool.
* Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Identify new business opportunities and foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
* Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
* Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales management.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven track record of 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the Kurnool market.
* Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to travel within the Kurnool region as required.
