Job Description for Manager/ Senior Manager - Legal
Experience - 5 to 8 years
Location - Bangalore

• Drafting and vetting of Service Agreements / Vendor Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements.

• Handling of litigations filed against the company in Courts by borrowers of the company.

• Replying to Legal Notices from defaulting borrowers, replying to Banking Ombudsman of RBI

• Assisting in opening of branch office of the company by vetting of Title Search Reports, Lease Deeds, Leave & License Agreements.

• Ensuring compliance with RBI Regulatory requirements such as RBI Guidelines on Digital Lending while drafting, vetting of Co-Lending Agreements and Customer Loan Agreements.

• Managing litigations – civil and criminal in Courts, providing assistance in filing police complaints / FIR.

• Drafting and vetting of:

  • Customer Loan Agreements,

  • Co-Lending Agreements,

  • Wholesale Lending Agreements,

  • External Commercial Borrowing Agreements,

  • Loan agreements for lending to large corporates

  • Documents for structured transactions like NCDs. PTCs, direct assignments, securitisation.

• Tendering legal advise/opinions to internal stakeholders on legal risks involved while disbursing loans to borrowers
