**About the Role:**
As the Leasing Manager, you'll supervise leasing associates, drive maximum occupancy, and ensure resident retention through exceptional customer service and strategic marketing initiatives. You'll play a key role in enforcing leasing best practices, enhancing our brand reputation, and contributing to a positive community experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and train the leasing team on KPG Best Practices and procedures.
- Conduct daily leasing huddles to track performance and set marketing priorities.
- Monitor accuracy in leasing data and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
- Lease apartments through multiple channels and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for a seamless resident experience.
- Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and assist with resident retention strategies.
- Maintain excellent curb appeal and assist with rent collection and office organization.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Sales experience necessary.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel; experience with Yardi and MaxLeases is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak a second language being desirable.
- Ability to solve problems and follow detailed instructions effectively.
