Our enthusiastic frontline branch team provides smart, practical banking support to help Kiwi move towards their financial goals. You’ll join a welcoming team in Nelson where people support one another, customers are at the heart of every conversation and each day brings the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

As a Banking Assistant, you’ll be one of the first people our customers meet. You’ll take the time to understand what they need, make banking feel straight forward and connect them with the right solution or specialist. From everyday transactions and account support to helping customers build confidence using digital banking, you’ll create trusted, personalised experiences that help make Kiwi better off.

This is a great opportunity to begin or build a career in financial services. You’ll be supported to learn, grow and explore future pathways across Kiwibank while making a positive impact for customers and your local community.

Hours are Monday (0.900 - 14.30), Tuesday (11.00 - 14.30), Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (10.00 - 14.30) total 20 hours per week.
