Analyze data, trends, and customer behavior to optimize strategies for maximum sales performance.</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem; list-style: inside disc !important;"><b style="box-sizing: inherit; font-weight: 700;">Team Scheduling:</b> Efficiently schedule and organize team activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and coverage to meet client needs.

Coordinate team members' schedules for seamless project execution.</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem; list-style: inside disc !important;"><b style="box-sizing: inherit; font-weight: 700;">Goal Setting and Coordination:</b> Collaborate with the Team Leader and Key Account Manager (KAM) to establish clear objectives and strategies aligned with client goals.

Regularly communicate and update the team on targets and performance metrics.</li><li style="box-sizing: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem; list-style: inside disc !important;"><b style="box-sizing: inherit; font-weight: 700;">Performance Analysis</b>: Track and report on project progress, sales performance, and key metrics regularly.
