Responsibilities:

</h3><ul><li>Conduct routine maintenance of office spaces, including plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.</li><li>Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems such as lighting, wiring, outlets, and equipment.</li><li>Perform minor carpentry, painting, and mechanical work as needed.</li><li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.</li><li>Monitor and maintain maintenance equipment and supplies.</li><li>Assist in facility upgrades and renovations.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Proven experience as a maintenance technician, with hands-on electrical repair skills.</li><li>Certification or proven knowledge in electrical systems.</li><li>Familiarity with general maintenance tasks (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve technical issues.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.</li></ul>
