Responsibilities Include:
- Originating and submitting complete mortgage origination packages to dedicated processing team.
- Staying compliant within the framework of TRID.
- Maintain current relationships and develop new business in conjunction with our marketing strategies.
- Communicate with realtors, borrowers, and processors to ensure smooth loan process from origination to closing.
- Following up with company generated leads.
- Maintain a strong knowledge base of lending programs and changes to compliance.
NMLS MLO License Requirements:
- Active state-specific license required - if you do not have a license then please do not apply.
- 2+ years origination experience.
- Active referral network is preferred.
- Must be knowledgeable of overall mortgage lending processes; regulations and guidelines; and mortgage programs.
- Knowledge of Encompass, PDF software programs, preferred.
- Ethical, with a commitment to company values.
