Mall Technical Officer

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaboration with the Technical Manager in the management and operation of Nový Smíchov Shopping Centre, including:

• Maintaining records of all project, construction, and technical documentation of the shopping centre, including tracking and documenting all modifications and updates to as-built documentation.
• Ensuring timely reporting in accordance with internal processes and reporting systems.
• Supporting the Technical Manager in the day-to-day operation of the shopping centre.
• Assisting in the preparation of short-term and long-term maintenance and renovation plans.
• Supporting the preparation of multi-year capital expenditure (CAPEX) plans and budgets, monitoring budget utilization, and reviewing supplier invoices in SAP.
• Assisting in the coordination of external service providers responsible for technical operations, particularly cleaning, maintenance, and security services.
• Supporting the preparation of tender documentation for external technical service providers, conducted at least every three years.
• Monitoring the timely and proper completion of inspection reports and testing of the centre’s technical equipment, including submission to relevant public authorities when required.
• Preparing documentation required for the accurate recharge of utilities and energy consumption to tenants.
• Assisting in the coordination of fit-out and construction works within tenant premises, ensuring compliance with the centre’s technical standards and maintaining records of required permits, certifications, and inspections.
• Providing technical support in the resolution of claims, damage incidents, and emergency situations.
