The role owns campaign planning, activation, optimization, reporting, and client recommendations across key paid social platforms. This role also supports the continued development of Klick’s paid social capabilities through platform innovation, vendor relationships, and team coaching.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead paid social strategy and campaign planning across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and relevant emerging platforms, aligning audience, channel, and investment decisions to client KPIs.
    • Manage campaign setup, creative trafficking, targeting, bidding, pacing, and budget optimization across assigned healthcare and pharmaceutical accounts to deliver against agreed performance goals.
    • Analyze campaign performance and deliver recurring reports and actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, using results to guide ongoing optimization and future planning.
    • Build relationships with paid social platform partners and vendors to evaluate audience tools, beta opportunities, and emerging capabilities that can improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Coach paid social specialists, review campaign work for quality and accuracy, and strengthen paid social expertise and delivery standards across the team.

    Required:

    • 5+ years of online advertising experience, including hands-on development and execution of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with ownership of campaign strategy, activation, optimization, or reporting.
    • 2+ years of client-facing experience presenting paid social performance, recommendations, or strategic plans to clients or senior stakeholders on a recurring basis.
    • Demonstrated experience managing core paid media operations including audience targeting, creative trafficking, bidding, pacing, budget optimization, and campaign reporting across multiple concurrent campaigns or accounts.
    • Working knowledge of digital media quality and compliance practices, including brand safety, ad viewability, and identification or mitigation of suspicious or fraudulent media activity, with evidence of applying these controls in campaign delivery.
    • Experience managing or mentoring paid social practitioners, with responsibility for reviewing work, providing structured feedback, or improving campaign quality and team capability.

    Desired:

    • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
    • Experience defining paid social strategy or building paid social capabilities for healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated brands, with examples of campaigns, frameworks, or client recommendations delivered.
    • Familiarity with social listening tools, social media management platforms, or analytics dashboards used to inform campaign planning, measurement, or optimization.
    • Knowledge of pharmaceutical media requirements, including OPDP-related considerations and fair balance, with experience applying regulatory requirements to campaign planning or execution.
    • Experience evaluating emerging platform capabilities, beta programs, audience tools, or responsible AI applications for practical use in healthcare media.
