    • Experience developing promotional and educational materials including sales aids, websites, HCP resources, speaker presentations, email campaigns, leave-behinds, and brand messaging.
    • Demonstrated ability to interpret clinical studies, literature reviews, congress data, and scientific publications and translate them into engaging, audience-appropriate communications.

    • Strong understanding of ABPI, EFPIA, FDA, or equivalent promotional compliance requirements.

    Desired:

    • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
    • Experience developing message frameworks, scientific narratives, or brand platforms informed by clinical evidence.
    • Experience across multiple therapeutic areas with the ability to rapidly build scientific knowledge in new disease states.
    • Experience supporting congress communications, product launches, publication planning, advisory boards, or medical education initiatives.
    • Experience mentoring junior writers, reviewing scientific content, and maintaining high editorial and scientific standards.
    • Experience presenting work to clients and contributing to creative ideation, proposal development, and new business opportunities.
