Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Marketing Manager with a focus on campaign planning, creative direction, and activations.

What you'll do:

• Own the monthly marketing plan and campaign strategy.
• Set the creative direction and messaging for integrated campaigns.
• Manage marketing operations, product communications, and activation execution.
• Own the activation strategy end-to-end.
• Review campaigns and ensure creative quality and consistency.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

• 6+  years of marketing experience, both agency and in-house experience is highly preferred.

• Proven track record in owning integrated campaign strategy and creative direction.

• Hands-on experience in digital media buying and social media management/execution.

• Experience planning and executing events, activations, and workshops, ranging from small-scale initiatives to large-scale events.

• Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated industries is preferred.
