We are seeking a Leasing Professional in Indianapolis, IN who is energetic, goal-oriented, and enjoys new challenges. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a team player. Previous property management experience is preferred, but not required.

• Marketing and networking skills
• Working experience with Project Based Section 8, LIHTC Tax Credit Compliance & Tax Credit Lease-Up
• Phone and email etiquette
• Strong communication skills
• Sales experience
• Availability to work a flexible schedule
• Organizational skills
• Computer knowledge
