Based within Knight Frank’s global network, KFCA combines deep sector expertise with rigorous financial analysis to provide integrated capital solutions across the real estate lifecycle.

At the heart of KFCA’s offering is a commitment to delivering more than conventional advisory. The team provides a full suite of services including bespoke financial modelling, debt advisory and equity raising, supporting clients in structuring and securing capital with precision and confidence. By leveraging extensive relationships across lenders, investors and capital partners, KFCA is able to design and execute tailored funding strategies that align with complex investment objectives.

Clients are central to everything KFCA does. Each engagement is built on a clear understanding of individual goals, risk appetite and market dynamics, enabling the team to offer considered, strategic advice at every stage of the process. Whether evaluating funding options, optimising capital structures or assessing wider strategic opportunities, KFCA’s advisors guide clients through an increasingly sophisticated and competitive market with clarity and insight. Bringing together highly experienced professionals with diverse financial and real estate expertise, the team works seamlessly alongside Knight Frank colleagues to deliver a truly integrated client experience. This cross-sector capability ensures clients benefit from both granular financial insight and a broader understanding of real estate markets and trends.

    About The Role

Established in 2018, Knight Frank's Debt Advisory team has gone from strength to strength, delivering consistent year-on-year growth across the UK and Europe. Working closely with our Residential and Commercial Capital Markets teams, we advise clients on a broad range of financing strategies and continue to expand our market presence.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced and commercially driven Partner to help further develop our Debt Advisory offering. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in originating and executing transactions, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Originate and execute debt advisory mandates through existing relationships and new business development activities.
    • Advise clients on capital structuring, refinancing, acquisition finance, and development funding solutions.
    • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and pitches to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships across the lending market, including both bank and alternative lenders.
    • Work closely with colleagues across Capital Markets and the wider business to identify and convert opportunities.
    • Represent Knight Frank at industry events, conferences, networking functions, and client meetings.

    Experience Required

    • At least 3 years' experience within a Debt Advisory role, operating at a senior level.
    • Demonstrable track record of arranging debt solutions across a variety of market cycles and asset classes.
    • Experience leading transactions in excess of £25m, with exposure to deals of £50m+ highly desirable.
    • Strong business development credentials with the ability to originate and convert mandates independently.
    • Established network of clients, borrowers, lenders, and industry contacts.
    • Excellent understanding of the commercial real estate financing market and lender landscape.

    Skills & Attributes

    • Confident, credible, and professional when engaging with senior stakeholders.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust quickly.
    • Commercially astute with excellent judgement across capital structures, risk assessment, and transaction management.
    • Relationship-driven and genuinely passionate about networking and business development.
    • Resilient, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent.
    • High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
    • Collaborative team player with a long-term, growth-focused mindset.
    • Ambitious and motivated, with a genuine desire to contribute to the continued success of the Debt Advisory team and wider business.
