As a Driver Recruiter at Knight Transportation, you’ll play a critical role in connecting professional drivers with opportunities that support their goals and livelihood. You’ll be the first voice drivers hear and a trusted guide throughout their hiring journey — helping them take the next step in their careers while supporting one of the industry’s most respected transportation companies.
Pay Range: $20-$24 hourly + uncapped commission through the Driver Recruiter (Inside Sales) Commissions Program.

What Makes you a great fit?
- Experience in customer service or recruiting — especially in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
- Proven success connecting with people over the phone (inbound or inside sales experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and stellar organizational habits
- High school diploma or equivalent required
