    Job description

Location: Onsite, 4 days, Brownwood, TX

Term: May 2027 through August 2027

    Early Talent at Kohler
Kohler’s Early Talent internship programs are designed to provide meaningful, hands‑on experience that drives real business impact. Over the course of a 10–12 week internship, interns are immersed in the business—contributing to real projects, building practical skills, and gaining valuable exposure to our teams. They are supported through intentional learning, mentorship, and a strong sense of community. These experiences are designed to build a strong pipeline of talent for future full-time opportunities, including Leadership Development Programs and direct hire roles.

    Program Overview
Kohler’s Operations & Supply Chain experience is an exciting launchpad for students ready to build real-world capability, explore meaningful career paths, and make an immediate impact in a global manufacturing environment. As an intern, you will contribute to high-priority projects across areas such as logistics, strategic sourcing, planning, process engineering, quality, continuous improvement, and new product integration while gaining exposure to the same functions that shape Kohler’s Operations & Supply Chain Leadership Development Program. Through hands-on assignments, networking, leadership engagement, job shadowing, stewardship opportunities, and connection with Kohler’s broader early talent community, you will develop a stronger understanding of how end-to-end operations drive business results—and how your curiosity, initiative, and ideas can help shape the future of gracious, healthy, and sustainable living.

    What You’ll Do

    • New Product Integration — Support cross-functional readiness for a new product launch by tracking supply chain and operations milestones, coordinating materials, and identifying risks to timing or execution.
    • Continuous Improvement and Total Delivered Cost — Use data to identify process waste, cost drivers, or service gaps and support improvement projects that reduce total delivered cost.
    • Manufacturing and Process Engineering — Observe manufacturing or operational processes, collect time studies or workflow data, and recommend changes to improve productivity, quality, or ergonomics.
    • Supplier and Plant Quality — Analyze quality data, support root cause investigations, document corrective actions, or help improve supplier/plant performance metrics.
