Overnight Custodian, Kohler Water Spa

Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Perform duties to keep the building and grounds of assigned property in neat and clean order according to quality standards.

Specific Responsibilities:

Custodians must be physically able to perform duties which require flexibility (lifting, stretching, etc.) and utilization of specified equipment (buffers, extractors, etc.)

• Clean and maintain floor coverings and surfaces.
• Clean and maintaining furnishings, fixtures, accessories and windows in facility.
• Clean and maintain restroom and locker room facilities.
• Clean office areas, as assigned.
• Insure inside and outside entrances are free of debris.
• Perform outdoor duties (windows, doors, trash receptacles, deck areas, rest stations) in a variety of weather conditions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Custodial Services Coordinator.
• Report building defects to Custodial Services Coordinator.

This is an overnight position with working hours of 9:30 pm to 6:00 am, including weekends.
