SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST - FULL TIME

Speech Language Pathologist

Full Time - 80 hours per pay period

Kossuth Regional Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team! This role involves evaluating, planning, and providing therapy services to patients with communication disorders and/or swallowing difficulties.

What You'll Do:

· Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

· Provide therapy services and document care using our electronic health record system

· Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

· Support discharge planning and home therapy programs

· Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education

· Demonstrate an understanding of working with adults, pediatric and home health patients

What We're Looking For:

· Current Iowa Speech-Language Pathologist License

· Registered in the State of Iowa required

· BLS Certification

· Must be qualified in bedside and barium swallow studies

· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and medical vehicle liability insurance

· Strong computer and communication skills
