The MIS Executive will play a crucial role in our Credit Card Support department, ensuring efficient and accurate MIS reporting. This role involves working closely with various teams to gather and analyze data, generate reports, and provide valuable insights to drive business decisions. Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain MIS reports as per the defined timelines and formats.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation processes.
- Develop and maintain efficient data collection and reporting systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in MIS reporting or data analysis roles, preferably in the banking industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
- Knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages is preferred.
