The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in product management, with a focus on driving successful product development, customer campaigns, and market research initiatives. Responsibilities:

** - Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for personal loan offerings, from conceptualization to launch and post-launch evaluation - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities - Develop and implement effective product campaigns to improve product penetration and engagement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Campaigns, Risk, Operations, and IT) to ensure seamless execution of product strategies - Monitor product performance, analyze trends, and recommend actionable insights to improve KPIs - Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders, detailing product performance and strategic initiatives **Preferred
