As the Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our cash management offerings. Your responsibilities will include understanding market trends, identifying customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and launch innovative products. You will work closely with the GTS Cash team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey, from onboarding to transaction processing.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision and strategy for GTS Cash products, driving innovation and market competitiveness.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, and business teams to define product requirements and roadmaps.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices in product design and development.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and continuously monitor and optimize product performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our cash management solutions.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to industry forums and events, representing Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cash management or transaction banking.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative financial products.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and build strong relationships.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial industry, particularly in cash management.
- Proficiency in using product management tools and techniques, including agile methodologies.
- Experience with financial technology (FinTech) and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
