KPFF is hiring a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our structural engineering division in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate is ambitious, thoughtful, creative, and detail-oriented. This role will compile content, maintain consistency across channels, and help create materials and collateral to support our firm's qualification, proposal, pursuit, recruiting, and marketing initiatives. You will thrive in this job if you find joy in working with a close-knit team, understand the need for ongoing prioritization, appreciate the balance of autonomy and feedback, and enjoy a collaborative and deadline-driven environment. This is NOT a good fit if you need a lot of defined processes, prefer siloed work environments, or have difficulty managing multiple concurrent deadlines. If you are interested in working alongside dedicated professionals in a team environment, this is the place for you. We take pride in our work and strive for excellence in the services we provide; we develop meaningful creative work that supports the built environment.
Our marketing staff is valued and empowered to be innovative in their approach and passionate about their work. We encourage personal and professional growth, and we work hard to provide a solid structure with minimal organizational restrictions. This full-time, in-person position focuses heavily on copyediting and content coordination and interacts with all levels of the firm, as well as clients and subconsultants.
