    • Identify Opportunity Pipelines: Proactively uncover, qualify, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by deeply understanding client workflows.

    • Commercial Strategy & Planning: Serve as a strategic partner supporting demand forecasting, budgeting, multi-year account planning, and commercial reporting.

    • Gather Market & Competitor Intelligence: Capture actionable product feedback and competitor intelligence directly from client interactions to inform regional strategy and product roadmaps.

    • Negotiate & Secure Agreements: Lead contract renewal negotiations to secure long-term, profitable agreements that align with corporate policies and commercial goals.

    • CRM & Forecast Discipline: Maintain accurate account records, engagement logs, and sales forecasting within the CRM system to support transparent cross-functional visibility.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product units to deliver exceptional value and advocacy across client accounts.

      • Relationship & Negotiation Mastery: Proven ability to build trusted client relationships, navigate commercial renewals, and close upsell deals.

      • Language Proficiency: Fluency in professional business English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

      • Nice-to-haves

        • Domain Expertise: Prior knowledge or experience in the maritime, shipping, or commodities markets.

        • Modern Sales Stack: Familiarity with modern commercial tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

        • Additional Languages: Conversational or professional fluency in Arabic or French.
