Roles & responsibilities
·Implement client’s engagements from start to finish (planning, executing, directing, and completing tax projects).
·Manage client expectations and delivery of services to expatriate employees
·Review / Sign tax returns and equalizations of expatriate and inpat employees
·Mentor and coach staff
·Manage resource allocation, workflow, and resource utilization
·Manage people development and performance management for their group.
·Support the Manager in pursuits, proposals and engagement reporting
Qualifications
Educational qualifications
•Minimum Master’s Degree from reputable universities with excellent academic result, majoring in Accounting or Finance Experience
•Enrolled Agent Certification or CPA
Mandatory technical & functional skills
·The candidate must have 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a Big 4 Firm
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, including spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel).
•Broad exposure to federal income taxation and knowledge of tax regulations
