Je draait mee in onze auditteams, voert analyses uit, doet steekproeven en woont klantgesprekken bij. Zo krijg je een diepgaand inzicht in organisaties, hun processen en financiële verslaglegging. Dat levert waardevolle input op voor jouw scriptie.
Naast de inhoudelijke verdieping is er volop gelegenheid om je collega’s beter te leren kennen. Sporttoernooien, trainingsdagen en informele borrels maken allemaal deel uit van jouw KPMG-ervaring.
Je staat er niet alleen voor. Je krijgt intensieve begeleiding van een collega die de klantopdracht inhoudelijk coördineert en van een stagebegeleider die samen met jou kijkt naar je persoonlijke ontwikkeling en de voortgang van je scriptie.

You will learn quickly through a personal training program and grow in your position with hands-on experience by working on projects together with colleagues. You will receive guidance from an assigned Development Manager (DM) who will help you with your development, career and achieving your personal goals. You will also be assigned a buddy who will show you around the world of KPMG and MCI.  Within KPMG and MCI, training is high on our lists. You have the opportunity to attend training courses and learn about and get certified for Microsoft technology. The team also undertakes many social activities together, such as breakfast sessions or events with sporting activities. The team now has more than 60 employees, has 17 different nationalities and is growing!  We are looking to expand our Microsoft Dynamics 365 team, which consists of Business Consultants who are involved on a daily basis with implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 products such as Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement and Power Platform.
