Als Manager Corporate Finance & Valuations haal jij voldoening uit het oplossen van complexe financiële vraagstukken. Je werkt aan diverse projecten binnen het spectrum van corporate finance-diensten, waaronder (bedrijfs)waarderingen, M&A-ondersteuning, financiële modellering, herstructureringen, financieringsadvies en het beoordelen van investeringsplannen en businesscases. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het (financieel) managen van projecten en het begeleiden van junior collega’s op opdrachten. Daarnaast fungeer je als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij inhoudelijke vragen. Je werkt vaak samen met (internationale) collega's van andere KPMG-afdelingen op deze projecten.

Het Corporate Finance & Valuations-team streeft ernaar om de beste te zijn in zijn vakgebied. De samenstelling van het team is jong, internationaal georiënteerd en divers. Er heerst een open en nuchtere teamcultuur met volop ruimte voor plezier. De afdeling biedt specialistische corporate finance dienstverlening aan in specifieke gereguleerde of kapitaalintensieve sectoren: financiële sector, publieke sector, zorg, bouw & vastgoed en de energiesector. Daarnaast is het team sector overkoepelend gespecialiseerd in complexe waarderingen en herstructureringsvraagstukken. Het is (in overleg) zowel mogelijk om binnen een specifieke sector of specialisatie te starten of om projecten te doen bij de verschillende sectoren en specialisaties.
