Binnen het Finance Transformation & Performance team zoeken we een manager met specifieke ervaring binnen de Financial Services-sector, en de vraagstukken die hier spelen (zoals toenemende wet- en regelgeving, digitalisering en hogere eisen aan sturing en transparantie).
Als Manager Finance Transformation & Performance Management help je klanten bij het ontwikkelen van een heldere visie op de financiële functie en het vertalen daarvan naar concrete verbeteringen in organisatie, processen, governance, data en technologie. Hierbij breng je, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en expertise, verdieping op één of meerdere proposities binnen de domeinen van deze twee teams. Zoals implementaties van veranderende wet- en regelgeving, financiële transformaties of het versterken van financiële sturing en besluitvorming, met thema’s zoals cost and profitability management, planning, budgeting and forecasting, Record-to-Report en ESG reporting.
Als manager ben je een vertrouwde sparringpartner voor klanten en collega’s. Je stuurt projectteams aan, vertaalt analyses naar heldere aanbevelingen en zorgt voor succesvolle realisatie van impactvolle veranderingen. Daarnaast coach je collega’s in hun ontwikkeling, bouw je aan langdurige klantrelaties en draag je bij aan de verdere groei van onze propositie binnen de Financial Services-markt.
