Als Manager binnen het Governance, Risk & Compliance Services (GRCS)-team van KPMG speel je een sleutelrol in het ondersteunen van organisaties bij hun sturing en beheersing, binnen uiteenlopende sectoren. Jij bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, bepaalt de richting van projecten en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitvoering. Daarbij stuur je een team van (senior) consultants of collega's aan en fungeer je als coach en sparringpartner voor junior collega's.
Je hebt oog voor kansen bij klanten en denkt actief mee over het winnen van nieuwe opdrachten. Bovendien krijg je volop ruimte om je leiderschapskwaliteiten verder te ontwikkelen door middel van trainingen en begeleiding, zodat je kunt doorgroeien als professional.

The Microsoft Consulting & Innovation team operates in a rapidly changing environment. You will learn quickly through a personal training program and grow in your position with hands-on experience by working on projects together with colleagues. You will receive guidance from an assigned Development Manager (DM) who will help you with your development, career and achieving your personal goals.
