Dagelijks ben je de sparringspartner voor onze klanten omtrent strategie en transformatievraagstukken. Als (Senior) Manager in het team Financial Sector pak je zowel de regierol in complexe transformaties, als de adviesrol in het toekomstbestendig maken van de sector. Je hebt een verantwoordelijke rol binnen diverse projecten, waarbij je de belangen van verschillende stakeholders afweegt en de juiste mensen weet te verbinden. Maar ook buiten opdrachten om begeleid en coach je collega's en werk je samen aan nieuwe proposities klanten te helpen bij hun uitdagingen.

Het team Strategy & Operations | Financial Sector bestaat in Nederland uit ongeveer 45 collega's en maakt onderdeel uit van de Global Strategy Group van KPMG. Het team focust op klanten in de financiële sector en bedient 3 verschillende segmenten; banken, verzekeraars en vastgoedbedrijven.

The Microsoft Consulting & Innovation team operates in a rapidly changing environment. You will learn quickly through a personal training program and grow in your position with hands-on experience by working on projects together with colleagues. You will receive guidance from an assigned Development Manager (DM) who will help you with your development, career and achieving your personal goals. You will also be assigned a buddy who will show you around the world of KPMG and MCI.  Within KPMG and MCI, training is high on our lists. You have the opportunity to attend training courses and learn about and get certified for Microsoft technology. The team also undertakes many social activities together, such as breakfast sessions or events with sporting activities. The team now has more than 60 employees, has 17 different nationalities and is growing!  We are looking to expand our Microsoft Dynamics 365 team, which consists of Business Consultants who are involved on a daily basis with implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 products such as Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement and Power Platform.
