Als stagiair(e) binnen Audit bij KPMG ben je vanaf het begin een volwaardig lid van het team.
Je werkt mee aan jaarrekeningcontroles en andere financiële opdrachten voor uiteenlopende klanten. Je voert interviews, doet steekproeven en gaat mee naar de klant. Door actief deel te nemen aan klantgesprekken krijg je een goed beeld van hoe organisaties functioneren, hoe hun processen zijn ingericht en hoe ze hun financiële verslaglegging vormgeven.
Naast het inhoudelijke werk is er volop gelegenheid om je collega’s beter te leren kennen. Sporttoernooien, trainingsdagen en informele borrels maken allemaal deel uit van jouw KPMG-ervaring.
Je krijgt intensieve begeleiding, zowel inhoudelijk van de collega die de klantopdracht coördineert als persoonlijk van je stagebegeleider. Samen kijken jullie naar jouw ontwikkeling en hoe je het maximale uit je stage kunt halen. Zoals een eerdere stagiair het verwoordde:

You will learn quickly through a personal training program and grow in your position with hands-on experience by working on projects together with colleagues. You will receive guidance from an assigned Development Manager (DM) who will help you with your development, career and achieving your personal goals.
