Het Digital Process Excellence (DPE) team is een onderdeel van Corporate Services Transformation in de adviestak van KPMG en houdt zich bezig met het verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen, daarmee adviseert en begeleidt haar klanten bij hun digitale transformatie. Samen met de klant onderzoeken we waar verbeteringen doorgevoerd kunnen worden op het gebied van productiviteit, kwaliteit, kosten en klanttevredenheid. Hiervoor gebruiken we uitgebreide kennis en ervaring met methodieken als Lean Six Sigma en technologieën als RPA, Chatbots, Low-code BPM en Process Mining.

The Microsoft Consulting & Innovation team operates in a rapidly changing environment. You will learn quickly through a personal training program and grow in your position with hands-on experience by working on projects together with colleagues. You will receive guidance from an assigned Development Manager (DM) who will help you with your development, career and achieving your personal goals. You will also be assigned a buddy who will show you around the world of KPMG and MCI.  Within KPMG and MCI, training is high on our lists. You have the opportunity to attend training courses and learn about and get certified for Microsoft technology. The team also undertakes many social activities together, such as breakfast sessions or events with sporting activities. The team now has more than 60 employees, has 17 different nationalities and is growing!  We are looking to expand our Microsoft Dynamics 365 team, which consists of Business Consultants who are involved on a daily basis with implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 products such as Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement and Power Platform.
