As our Export Operations Coordinator, you’ll join a collaborative team that keeps international cargo moving seamlessly across air and ocean routes. You'll jump right in—handling quotes, tracking active shipments, solving daily puzzles, and keeping clients, carriers, and vendors aligned. It’s fast-paced, hands-on work where you’ll gain valuable, end-to-end freight experience while backing up our lead operators from day one.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate directly with our Air and Ocean experts to balance workload, increase capacity, and improve overall response and turnaround times across all export shipments.
• Drive core freight operations by managing high-frequency Air and Ocean shipments for assigned client accounts, providing steady operational flow and essential capacity support across the export team.
• Prepare and deliver competitive Air and Ocean export quotations.
• Execute daily operational tasks, including data entry, shipment booking, generating export documentation, preparing bills of lading, and labeling.
• Maintain proactive tracking and tracing on all active moves, provide regular status updates to clients via phone and email, and obtain Proofs of Delivery (POD).
• Gather and process vendor charges, generate accurate customer billing, and resolve charge variances.
• Provide cross-functional backup for the Export Team and assist DTW Operations as needed.
