The group entity has an in-house RBI-registered NBFC and is Series-D funded by marquee investors such as Premji Invest, Advent International, Motilal Oswal Private Equity, MUFG, and TPG-backed NewQuest.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Description:</strong></div><ul><li>Drive anchor sales with companies having annual revenues ranging from ₹50 to ₹1,000 crore.</li><li>Design and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for anchor clients.</li><li>Build, manage, and grow assigned portfolios while ensuring consistent performance.</li><li>Lead a team of on-ground executives, ensuring excellent customer experience and operational efficiency.</li><li>Ensure portfolio hygiene and manage collections effectively.</li><li>This is a high-ownership role, reporting directly to the central HQ in Bangalore.</li></ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li>Candidates must have experience in Supply Chain Finance (SCF) from NBFCs, Banks.</li><li>Previous experience in a City Head or similar leadership role is preferred.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Disclaimer:<br>This job description is intended to outline the general nature and key responsibilities of the position.
