Product Manager(Supply Chain Finance)

Responsibilities:

</strong></p><ul style="margin-top:0in;" type="disc"><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;">Ownership of the Supply Chain Finance portfolio of products from ideation to release and post release analytics and optimizations.</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;">Collaborate with key stakeholders to define detailed product requirements.</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;">Ensure that product requirements are understood and implemented in line with Business strategy.</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;">Perform user acceptance testing and release features to key stakeholders.</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;">Complete ownership of defining & tracking usage analytics and driving optimization and enhancements.</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;">Contribute to the development of the overall product strategy and product roadmap.</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><strong>Skills and Requirements</strong>:</p><ul style="margin-top:0in;" type="disc"><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;">Proficiency in Indian Fintech Ecosystem / Banking Ecosystem</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;">Proficiency in Loan Origination System & Loan Management Systems</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;">Hands on experience in designing User Journeys for Supply Chain Financing, Invoice Discounting, Invoice Financing, Business Checkout Financing, etc.</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;">Proficient in analyzing technical documentations, API documentations, system design documents.</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;">Proficient in driving 3rd party API / SDK integrations, including KYB, KYC</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;">Proficient in collecting and analyzing requirements from key stakeholders and translating into well-defined PRD / requirement specifications.</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;">Proficient in defining and tracking usage analytics and other product metrics via Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics / CleverTap / other related tracking tools.</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;">Proficient in Excel, SQL, NoSQL and Data Analytics.</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;">Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;">Proficient in creating wireframes and managing UX & VD design deliverables.</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;">Proficient in managing product & project backlogs.</li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt; line-height:normal;vertical-align: baseline;">Proficient in managing & coordinating with external & internal stakeholders.</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><strong>Experience & Educational

Qualifications:
