Product Manager(TPAP/UPI)

<p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Role:</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">End-to-end ownership of UPI product.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Launching UPI as TPAP, liaising with external stakeholders.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Responsibilities:</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Work closely with key stakeholders to define and develop detailed product and business requirements.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Complete ownership of requirement analysis, specification to usage analytics and optimization.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements are understood and implemented in line with Business strategy.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Manage engagement with internal and external third parties.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Contribute to the development of the overall product strategy, product roadmap, and business plan.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Monitor and analyze Product metrics to identify issues and develop enhancement strategy.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Skills and Expectations:</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Good oral and written communication skills.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Experience in managing UI/UX design</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple parties to deliver customer and internal products.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Ability to understand requirements from stakeholders and translate to well-defined requirement specifications.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Experience:</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">3-5 years industry experience</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Qualification:</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">B.Tech/B.E with a technical background</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Employment Type: Full-time</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Industry: Financial services</p>
