The group entity has an in-house RBI registered NBFC, and is currently Series-D funded with  marquee investors like Premji Invest, Advent International, Motilal Oswal Private Equity, MUFG and TPG-backed NewQuest, among others.</span></div><div><strong>Designation:</strong><br>Product Manager<br><strong>Role:<br></strong>End-to-end ownership of UPI product.<br>Launching UPI as TPAP, liaising with external stakeholders.<br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>Work closely with key stakeholders to define and develop detailed product and business<br>requirements.<br>Complete ownership of requirement analysis, specification to usage analytics and optimization.<br>Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements are understood and implemented in<br>line with Business strategy.<br>Manage engagement with internal and external third parties.<br>Contribute to the development of the overall product strategy, product roadmap, and business<br>plan.<br>Monitor and analyze Product metrics to identify issues and develop enhancement strategy.<br><br><strong>Skills and Expectations:</strong><br>Good oral and written communication skills.<br>Experience in managing UI/UX design<br>Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple parties to<br>deliver customer and internal products.<br>Ability to understand requirements from stakeholders and translate to well-defined requirement<br>specifications.<br><strong>Experience:</strong><br>3-5 years industry experience<br><strong>Qualification:</strong><br>B.Tech/B.E with a technical background<br><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-time<br><strong>Industry:</strong> Financial services</div>
