Produt Manager- MSME Lending Product

<p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><strong><u>Role: End-to-end ownership of MSME Lending Product</u></strong></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Work closely with key stakeholders to define and develop detailed product and business requirements.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Complete ownership of requirement analysis, specification to usage analytics and optimization.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements are understood and implemented in line with Business strategy.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Manage engagement with internal and external third parties.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Contribute to the development of the overall product strategy, product roadmap, and business plan.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Monitor and analyze Product metrics to identify issues and develop enhancement strategy.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><strong><u>Skills and Expectations:</u></strong></p><div><br></div><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Previous experience in Lending is mandatory</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Experience in MSME Lending is preferable.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Good oral and written communication skills.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Experience in managing UI/UX design.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple parties to deliver customer and internal products.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Ability to understand requirements from stakeholders and translate to well-defined requirement specifications.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><strong><u>Experience:</u></strong></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">3-6 years industry experience</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><strong><u>Qualification:</u></strong></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">B.Tech/B.E with a technical background</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><strong><u>Note:</u></strong></p><div>Work Mode: Work at office(No Hybrid/WFH)</div><div>Notice Period: Preferably looking for Immediate Joiner/30 days</div><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Employment Type: Full-time</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">Industry: Financial services</p>
