Senior Product Manager(LMS)

Responsibilities:

<br>- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define detailed Loan Management system<br>requirements and logic implementation<br>- Complete ownership of Loan Management system<br>- Ensure that Finance/Business requirements are understood and implemented in<br>line with Company strategy.<br>- Perform user acceptance testing and release features to key stakeholders.<br>- Complete ownership of driving optimization and enhancements, basis usage<br>analytics and other product metrics.<br>- Contribute to the development of the overall product strategy and<br>product roadmap.<br>- Manage engagement with internal and external stakeholders.</div><div><br>Skills and

Requirements:

</div><div><br>- Worked on Loan Management System and implementation of LMS features at a<br>system level<br>- Proficiency in Excel, SQL a must<br>- Understand Loan repayment schedule, loan terms calculation, associated terms<br>and financial logic.<br>- Udnerstanding Credit line / Credit Card management systems would be a bonus<br>- Excellent oral and written communication skills.<br>- Proficiency in creating wireframes and managing UX & VD design deliverables.<br>- Proficiency in collecting and analyzing requirements from key stakeholders and<br>translating into well-defined PRD / requirement specifications.<br>- Should be able to read and analyze technical documentations, API<br>documentations, system design documents.<br>Experience & </div><div><br></div><div>Educational

Qualifications:

</div><div><br>- 3-5 years experience for PM role & 5-8 years experience for SPM role in Loan<br>Management System<br>- Experience in fast-paced startup environment.<br>- B.Tech/ B.E / MCA from tier 1 / tier 2 institutes.<br>- MBA optional.</div>
