Senior Tech Lead - Loan Management System

<div><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></div><ul><li>Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing computer systems</li><li>Supports the development of cross-functional or large-scale automated information systems to<br>include enterprise architectures</li><li>Designs system architectures to include the software, hardware, and communications to<br>support the total requirements and provide for present and future cross-functional<br>requirements and interfaces</li><li>Provides comprehensive definition of all aspects of system development from analysis of<br>mission needs verification of system performance</li><li>Performs evaluation of system alternatives and assessment of risks and cost</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong><u>Job

Duties:

</u></strong></div><ul><li>Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements<br>for new software or applications</li><li>Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of<br>desired product</li><li>Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility</li><li>Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and work flow to coding<br>standards</li><li>Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team</li><li>Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design</li><li>Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers</li><li>Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiable, extensibility etc.</li><li>Approve final product before launch</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong><u>Skill Set:</u></strong></div><ul><li>Experience Golang and Java</li><li>Experience in Loan Management System (LMS), at least 3 years</li><li>Experienced developing strategy for systems</li><li>Experienced with design infrastructure</li><li>Experienced with technology purchases including, data storage, data access, and applications<br>development.</li><li>AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification preferred</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong><u>Qualification</u></strong></div><ul><li>BE / B.Tech or ME/M.Tech</li><li>Experience with Fintech background is an added advantage</li><li>Experience: 7+ years of experience</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Disclaimer: </strong>This job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described and may be amended at anytime at the sole discretion of the Employer. </div><div>Please be aware that Krazybee or Kreditbee, as potential employers, are obligated to get the personal information of any applicants who express interest in applying for a position.
