Overview:

<br>We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead with 6-8 years of<br>experience to join our dynamic Product Development team. As a Technical Lead, you<br>will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical aspects of projects involving<br>technologies such as Golang, Python, Serverless architecture, and AWS Lambda.<br>You will provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of talented<br>engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.<br>Key

Responsibilities:

<br>Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support<br>throughout the project lifecycle.<br>Collaborate with project stakeholders to define technical requirements, scope,<br>and objectives.<br>Architect, design, and implement complex software solutions using Golang<br>and/or Python, Serverless architecture, and AWS Lambda.<br>Lead the development of cloud-based applications and services on the AWS<br>platform.<br>Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.<br>Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.<br>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and<br>efficiency.<br>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various systems and<br>technologies.<br>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective<br>solutions.<br><br>JD - TL - SME Team 2<br><br>Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.<br>Must Have

Skills:

<br>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<br>6-8 years of experience in software development with a strong proficiency in<br>atleast one of the following Backend Technologies.<br>Golang<br>Python<br>Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable applications on<br>Cloud.<br>Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerisation<br>technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).<br>Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and<br>inspire a team.<br>Demonstrated experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality.<br>Proficiency in agile development methodologies and project management tools.<br>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.<br>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>Good To Have

Skills:

<br>AWS certification.<br>Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable applications on AWS<br>with a focus on Serverless architecture and Lambda functions.<br>Experience in Golang and/or Python.<br>Knowledge of Frontend Technologies such as React</div>
