- Develop and maintain MIS framework for Collection function
- Ensure all the reporting and dashboard are timely updated with 100% accuracy
- Analyze historical data to set monthly collection targets for teams and individuals
- Calculate and review monthly incentives to ensure accuracy and fairness
- Support operation team with day-to-day tools
- Working in collaboration with collection strategy, operations, and risk management teams to align MIS outputs with business needs
About you
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS or analytics roles within financial services, preferably in collections(Capacity Planning, Target Calculation)
- Familiarity with collection management systems platforms
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and high accountability
- Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a fast-paced environment
