Process Improvement Executive, is required to drive new initiatives to increase performance and optimize processes in Operations area (Customer Service), take collective effort with other stakeholders across departments, functions and 3rd parties in optimizing the Operations performance.
About The Job:
- Analyze existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies. - Assist and coordinate with related parties in designing an effective and efficient workflow
- Proactively monitor and report the progress of deliverables to key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the project.
- Perform adhoc tasks requested by the direct manager
- Monitor project implementation and measure improvement impact using KPIs
- Collaborate with Product, Data Team, and other stakeholders to implement process changes.
About You:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Business Excellence, Operations Excellence, or Project Management.
- Experience in service operations, preferably in the fintech or e-commerce industry.
- Experience managing cross-functional improvement projects.
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis, process mapping (e.g., Draw.io), and workflow optimization.
- Hands-on experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean, and/or Six Sigma.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data; knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
- Familiarity with automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
